My friend David lost 77lbs on his first 90 Day Challenge. He was a type 2 Diabetic and had really just given up on thinking he could do this. He did it! His doctor has actually taken him OFF of his Diabetic Medication. And now, he continues with his challenges and keeping is health on track. Change your life. Transform your life.

We have seen it happen on The Biggest Loser and now we will see it on Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition. Trainer Chris Powell will guide participants in a one-year journey as they undergo a transformation of their bodies and who they are. If you are reading this I want you to know YOU can do this. It isn’t just for people that are on Television with trainers and dietitians on hand. I have seen it with my own eyes in friends around me. People that had thought they never would and they did!

Obesity is considered to be a chronic health condition. Obese people can’t just lose weight and be cured; it is a life long problem which must be dealt with on a daily basis and there is no easy cure. Along with obesity comes many other heath conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and a good chance of developing osteoarthritis. Obese people are often depressed because they feel trapped in their unsightly body. People seeking obesity help are bombarded with diets, pills, and even surgical options. Many obese people desperately try every diet and pill that comes along. They may find temporary success, but without serious changes in their life, they will likely gain back more weight than they lost. Healthy Nutrition and portion control are two of the most important factors the teach on both The Biggest Loser and Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition.

Ready For Change – Transformation

Real obesity help can make a difference in the final results. Joining a group which supports each other can help with keeping goals. It is more difficult to face the group if there is no improvement. For many people, knowing that they will have to publicly display either their results or failure can help them stay motivated and on track. Group support also places you in touch with others who are experiencing the same feelings you are. In this setting you are not being judged, you are being supported. Online support in today’s world can give everyone the feeling that they have the same support as they would on a TV show. Being able to hop on at any time of the day and night and ask questions, bond, admit mistakes and get right back on track. You can be your own Extreme Makeover. Weight Loss will happen. You will succeed.

Seeking obesity help at the gym can be a big plus if you will give it a chance. When you are seriously obese, exercise can be difficult. Find a coach or trainer who will work with you at your level. Change does not come easily; your body needs time to adjust. You should start slowly and allow yourself the necessary time to safely reach your goals.

A nutritious diet is top priority! Make a list of foods that you feel you cannot do without. Incorporate these foods into your diet without guilt in a health manner. You might be surprised at how much easier it is to stick to a healthy eating plan if you can still enjoy your favorite foods.n Check out my frined Kim, she lost 24lbs on her first 90 Day Challenge! Staying With The Program

Understand that getting obesity help will increase your chances of success. A strong support system will aid you in making the needed changes. Take things slowly; don’t expect overnight results. Do not try to make drastic changes in your lifestyle. If you drink sugary drinks, try switching to drinks without sugar. Experiment until you find something you can live with. This one change alone can produce up to a 30 pound weight loss in a year. Drink plenty of water. If you don’t like water with your meals try drinking a glass before your meal. This can help you feel full quicker. Don’t feel you have to clean your plate. If leaving food on your plate bothers you then take out smaller portions. Buying smaller plates will give you a visual of a full plate while also cutting portion size.

The most important part is to stay focused. Don’t let occasional failure deter you from your goals. Whatever obesity help you seek remember to keep it reasonable. Making slow, progressive change can lead to a healthier and happier you. Setting up smaller more achievable goals can help. Challenge yourself with a 90 Day Challenge. This is a small 3 month window that will allow for results. Once you have achieved your goal weight you need to have a plan of keeping you on track. This is why following a meal replacement plan is often so effective in the long run. If you have been replacing 2 meals a day you simply scale back to one meal a day. This keeps your body nourished and calories in count.

When making your goals for a 90 Day Challenge think of something that is achievable! You are not going to loose 100 lbs AND get a rock hard abs in 90 days. Maybe just have a focus for the first 90 days on weight loss. Your rock hard abs can be your 2nd or 3rd challenge but bite sized pieces of goals are best! You will be your own Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition before you know it!

What would you like to achieve in 90 Days? Set you Goals! Write them down. Put it in front of you where you can see it daily. YOU WILL DO IT!
